Musicard® es un servicio de distribución de medios digitales (archivos, mp3's, vídeos, etc) que facilita a los artistas la distribución de su música.
¿Cómo descargo un álbum?
Solo debes conseguir una tarjeta con el código de acceso. Las tarjetas las puedes conseguir a través de los artistas o en algunos de nuestros centros de distribución. Una vez obtengas el código, solo tienes que ingresarlo en la casilla y en unos instantes tendrás descargado el disco de tu artista favorito.

¿Cuál es la calidad de los MP3’s que ofrece Musicard®?
Musicard® ofrece archivos de MP3 de 192 KBPS constantes. Estos no contienen DRM (Digital Rights Management) y pueden ser tocados en cualquier reproductor de mp3.
No pude completar mi descarga ¿qué hago?
Si tu descarga no se pudo completar, puedes reintentar en dos horas aproximadamente. Si aún no puedes descargue, comunícate con nuestro soporte técnico y te resolveremos tu problema lo más rápido posible.
Tengo inconvenientes con el archivo que descargué?
Trata de reintentar la descarga. Si la tarjeta se desactivó, entonces puedes completar nuestro formulario de soporte y resolvemos tu inconveniente.
Perdí todos mis archivos debido a un mal funcionamiento de mi computadora. ¿Es posible redescargar los archivos que compré de Musicard®?
Lamentamos tu situación, pero no proveemos este servicio de recuperación. Te recomendamos que hagas un respaldo de toda tu música, ya sea en un disco duro, un CD o DVD. Si no has realizado un respaldo, lamentablemente tendrás que volver a comprar tus tarjetas para descargarlas de nuevo.
He descargado la música, pero no encuentro los archivos en mi computadora. ¿Qué hago?
Trata de ver la historia de tu navegador y revisa las descargas. Si no la encuentras de esa forma, haz una búsqueda en tu computadora.
No encuentro una respuesta a mi pregunta en las preguntas mas frecuentes. ¿Qué debo hacer?
La opción de registro no es necesaria, pero es bueno que te registres pues así formas parte de la familia Musicard®. Una vez te registres podrás enterarte de la nueva música que distribuyamos, las actividades de tu artistas favoritos y muchas sorpresas más. Vamos anímate y regístrate con nosotros, no cuesta nada. Nuestra empresa no divulgará su dirección de correo electrónico y creemos en el convenio de Opt-In para enviar nuestros correos.
